We want to ensure that every tattoo we design is bringing the customer’s intail vision to life and we work closely at each design stage to ensure 100% satisfaction.
That is why we offer a 100% money back guarantee for our customers to not only back up our word but to also offer a safety-net for our customers in the small number of circumstances where things just don’t work out.
How It Works
The first stage of design for our tattoo artist is to take all the material that our customers give and go away to start detailing out their vision.
At this stage, the client and designer communicate until the sketch is exactly what the customer is looking for. In a small number of occasions where the tattoo artist cannot produce the customer’s vision and is not on the same page, we offer a 100% money back guarantee.
No Refund Policy
Our no refund policy is enforced after the initial sketch stage is complete and accepted by the customer. The tattoo artist will then go on to the design stage in which much more detailing, coloring and time spent are used to create a beautiful tattoo for our customers.
We also reserve the right to give no refunds if we do not have any communication with the customer after a period of 1 week from the start date. This so our tattoo designers can continue working on other customers tattoos who are currently active projects.
We have created this policy so it is fair for our customers and also fair for our top tattoo designers who spend much time in creating wonderful tattoos for our customers.
